F.A.T. Studio has been running collaborative community projects in SE London for several years and we recently managed to crowdfund enough money for our biggest project yet: Old Kent Road Arts Club – an exciting creative space that welcomes and connects the communities of Old Kent Road, at a critical time in the area's history. The project is all about bringing people together through free arts events and strengthening cultural and creative presence on Old Kent Road.

The Old Kent Road Arts Club will be an active, evolving space, but it's first year of activity will bring together 3 main strands of activity. Here's a brief description of each strand and some information about how to GET INVOLVED.
Every other Saturday from 2-5pm / Starts Saturday 17th July 2021
Led by F.A.T. Studio co-director, art teacher and painter Kate Ducker.

The Young Artists Club is a completely free, 12-month creative programme for local 15-18 year olds who want to get into the arts, either professionally or just for fun. The activities will be shaped by the interests of the group but will most probably consist of supported studio time, special guest workshops led by local creatives, studio visits, group projects, portfolio building and an end of year exhibition.

Sound like the opportunity for you or someone you know? We still have spaces available!
